Programmed Energy & Resources is seeking a motivated Branch Supervisor for our valued clients Karratha branch on a permanent basis in the distribution & service industry.
- Monday-Friday 7:30AM-4:30PM, 4:00PM finish on Fridays
- 80k-100k negotiable on experience
- Local warehouse
About the Role
The Branch supervisor is required to supervise the day-to-day operations of the branch, in a way which maximises the delivery of an effective and efficient service
delivery to our customers. Primary accountabilities include achieving operational and safety KPI’s
- Lead, develop and maintain the branch
- Promote and maintain the culture of safety within the branch
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers
- Develop and implement systems that monitor the extent to which the branch is delivering
- Ensure timely interventions when standards fail to meet requirements
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with suppliers
- Support the branch with direction
- Act as point of communication
- Attract, retain and motivate the branch team
- Support the sales team to reach & exceed sales targets
- Ensure performance standards and expectations are clear
- Ensure excellent customer service is consistently delivered
- Minimise business costs
- Support the achievement of business expansion targets
- Liaise with Senior Management, Sales Managers and Other staff within the company on ways to improve profitability
- Carry out follow up Audits
- Other duties as required
Role Requirements
- Demonstrated background in supervising/management within the transport, logistics or manufacturing industry
- Qualifications in supervisor/leadership advantageous
- Valid drivers license & reliable vehicle
- Genuine commitment to safe work practices
